Fremont College is a private school that is for-profit. The Southern California campus began its operations in 1986. The college focuses on leadership skills and on providing students with the necessary tools they need in order to become successful workers.
The college’s motto is ‘An Innovator of Professional Education.’ The school integrates the PAL system of learning which concentrates all teaching efforts on student engagement, hands-on skills, dialogue and expanding the learning environment, among others.
The college offers a massage therapist diploma and a Sports and Rehab Therapy Degree. Students will receive technical training in the school of wellness on a variety of massage subject matters.
For instance, the curriculum focuses on shiatsu, Swedish massage and acupressure. The diploma program takes 775 clock hours to complete and can prepare you for the licensing exam.
