This is good news for Massage Therapy students because it means that the demand for qualified massage therapists will grow as more and more people realize all the benefits massage includes.
Massage has been used in salons and spas for relaxation and to help ease muscle tension. Now, it is available at hospitals, nursing homes, health care facilities, private offices, sports and fitness clinics, and more.
Chronic pain can be alleviated and new injuries prevented. At Miller-Motte Technical, students learn both the science behind massage therapy as well as the business side to the industry.
