About the Massage Therapy Program
A hands-on program, the Massage Therapy curriculum at Concorde Career Institute equips graduates with the skills they need in order to seek employment in massage clinics, salons, spas, rehabilitation centers, wellness centers, or doctor's offices.
With a solid foundation in the anatomy and physiology of the human body, students will learn how to apply therapeutic massage in order to treat a patient's ailments. Coursework in this program includes acupressure, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, Swedish-American massage, deep tissue massage, chakra balancing, chair massage, and geriatrics massage.
In addition, students will learn about pre/peri-natal massage, polarity, event sports massage, and the necessary skills of hygiene, safety, and sanitation. A throughout knowledge of business and professional ethics will also be included in this program.

Coursework includes a heavy emphasis on hands-on instruction, and instructors are ready to assist you with whatever needs you might have.
