The Nevada Board of Massage Therapy oversees the licensing of massage therapists. The state requires a minimum of 500 hours of education, along with the having a passing score on the NCETMB exam.
A criminal background check as well as a fingerprint card is required of all applicants. The license renewal period occurs every year with a 12 hour CE requirement.
