The state of Wisconsin issues the massage therapy license at the state level and it is overseen by the Massage Therapy Board. Wisconsin requires 600 hours of massage therapy curriculum from an approved school.
Applicants must also take the NCETMB or NCCAOM exam, as well as the state exam. Passing scores on both exams must be obtained. The state does not require CE hours upon license renewal.
