Doctoral Candidate Considers Massage School

Continuing educationAn apparently very bright woman named Amy is studying for her doctorate and working as an audiologist. In her blog, titled “Lakeshore Ladies,” Amy contemplates attending massage school so she can become a certified massage therapist. Her motivation is both financial and psychological. She would like the opportunity to supplement her income but thinks that practicing massage therapy would allow her some degree of satisfaction that she is not currently receiving in her current position.

It is intriguing to “eavesdrop” on someone’s rationale and decision-making process as they consider attending massage school. Read about it here.
