About the Massage For Wellness Program
The Massage for Wellness program typically takes about nine months to complete if you are a full-time day student. For those taking part-time evening classes, it takes about thirteen and a half months.
The program meets the requirements of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and upon completion, students are eligible to take the national certification exam. This rigorous exam covers anatomy and physiology, pathology, kinesiology, and therapeutic massage assessment and application, as well as professional standards, ethics, and business and legal practices.
Dover students are well-prepared as they receive in-depth instruction in each of these areas, as well as wellness in general. Students also have ample opportunity to practice the skills hands-on with mannequins and clients. As graduates of Dover, massage therapy students will be able to work in diverse settings, such as nursing homes, mall, resorts, hotels, spas, health care offices, fitness and recreation centers, and more.

The Morris County campus is in a newly renovated state of-the-art facility in the town of Dover. The campus is conveniently located in the center of town near the train station and is readily accessible from Interstate 80, Routes 46 and 10, and by public transportation.
The building contains lecture classrooms, massage classrooms, and a student lounge. There are many restaurants, stores, and services available within easy walking distance of the campus. Parking is available on the street and in various public lots near the College.

Financial Aid
