About Apollo College's Massage Program

The main campus of Apollo College is in Phoenix and was established in 1976. Apollo College now has 7 locations in the western United States with over 4,000 students and 50,000 graduates. The school originally featured courses for medical secretaries and medical and dental assistants.

Since that time the programs offered at Apollo have dramatically expanded. The school now offers a variety of medical career programs including massage therapy, pharmacy technician, respiratory therapist and veterinary assistant.

There are two Apollo campuses in Phoenix. The main campus is located in a convenient location adjacent to the Metro Center. The campus is comprised of various freestanding structures situated around an attractive and comfortable courtyard. The campus is easily accessible by public transportation and there are numerous apartment complexes nearby for students that would like to live close to the campus.

The Westside Phoenix campus is one of Apollo College's newest. The attractive architecture and pleasant environment is a source of pride for the entire Apollo community. Massage Therapy Programs

The massage therapy program at Apollo College offers a diploma after the completion of 30 credit hours of course work. Students will be introduced to the study of human anatomy and physiology gaining a thorough knowledge of the implications of muscular and skeletal manipulations. Course work also includes lessons in the business of massage and an introduction to professional ethics and communication.
