About Institute of Beauty and Massage (formerly Austin Schools of Massage)
As of 2009 Austin Schools of Massage is now known as Institute of Beauty and Massage. Attending Institute of Beauty and Massage to launch your pursuit of a career in massage will introduce you to a unique educational environment. Massage Therapy Programs
Offering a variety of massage therapy programs, Institute of Beauty and Massage is proud to feature the 500-Hour Clark Comprehensive Program Plus Specialization Certification. In addition to learning the business, art, and science aspects of massage therapy, students of this program will also prepare you for the Texas Massage Exam. This program is career-based, and is structured to prepare graduates for employment as a massage therapist.
In addition to the 500-Hour Clark Comprehensive Program Plus Specialization Certification, students can choose from several in-demand specialization certifications. These include Spa Massage, Sports Massage, Childbearing and Infant Massage, and Clinical Pain Management. Each of these specialized areas offer skills and techniques that are sought after by employers in the massage therapy field.
