Each campus and facility under their name operates under its own accreditation and as a unique school, so many of the courses offered at one campus aren’t offered elsewhere.

The Massage Therapy program is designed to prepare students for entry-level work in the field. There is a combined focus on practical massage skills and business skills, which goes a long way in helping graduates succeed on their own or as part of a larger healthcare team.
Coursework includes specific modalities (Swedish massage, pre-natal massage, infant massage, geriatric massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapies, sports massage, and Eastern theories) as well as more general classes like business, ethics, health and wellness, and CPR. Most students complete the entire course in nine months, but need additional experience and/or education before they can sit for the national certification exam.
All instructors are (or were) massage professionals who work in the local job market and can offer both practical advice and a more traditional education. Teaching is done through a combination of classroom discussions, group projects, work teams, and one-on-one time. The group learning format is unique to Everest College and a large part of how the learning environment is structured. Many faculty members also hold office hours for additional support.
Classrooms are designed around a hands-on learning format, so although there may be lecture components to the course, most of the teaching is done in a lab and clinical setting. The St. Louis campus boasts classrooms, lab rooms, a student lounge area, and several administrative offices.
